Get Yourself Some New Cooling Sheets
Not all sheets are the same. Just recently I got some cooling sheets for summer and they are amazing. Since I can’t sleep without being under the covers, I needed sheets that would keep me cool. I got the Casper Hyperlite Cooling Sheets. These sheets are super lite, and luxurious feeling. While these sheets are more expensive than what you will find at Walmart, they are 100% worth every penny.
Take a Cool Shower or Bath Before Bed
On the hottest days of the summer, I like to take a cool shower. It helps me relax and feel fresh before bed. Bonus points if it’s after a workout or hike. If the day is extra hot I will take my tower fan into the bathroom with me, and it feels amazing to step out of the shower and into the cool air.
Sleep in Silk or Satin Pajamas
Something about cute silk or satin jammies just feels different. Get yourself some cooling silk or satin sleep sets and change your sleep game. You don’t have to spend a ton of money on silk or satin pajamas and can find reasonably priced sets at Target.

Summer means longer days which is great unless you want to go to bed early. It can be hard to get some extra shut-eye when the sun is still up. Blackout curtains are good for blocking out any outside light. This tip is not one that I can really utilize as I have a very deep set window in my bedroom and it has my AC unit in it, but you can this tip is a must

If you are like me and Blackout curtains in your bedroom are not really plausible then eyemasks are your next best bet. You can get basic eyemasks anywhere. I really love all products from Kitsch. Get Strip Lights For Your Bedroom
I just recently bought strip lights for my bedroom and every night I turn off all my lights except for the strip lights. I will do my journaling and listen to podcasts. It helps me feel relaxed and drowsy before bed. The ones I have come with three settings so I can change the brightness depending on how I feel. I suggest getting strip lights with a blueish hue.

Regular alarm clocks jar us awake. They aren’t pleasant and we don’t feel refreshed. Sunrise Alarm Clocks wake us up with ease.
