Cook Your Favorite Comfort Food

When I think fall I think of comforting meals: yummy soups or mashed potatoes. Comfort foods are actually good for your mental health because many of the ingredients in comfort foods release the happy chemicals in our brains. Cooking is also good for your mental health for the same reasons baking is. Comfort food doesn’t have to be unhealthy. You can make healthy soup, casseroles, or stuffed squash. Even mashed potatoes can be healthy if made from scratch.
