It’s Spring! This time of year is one of my favorites. It’s the time when we finally shed our heavy coats and leave the house where we’ve been stuck for the past few months. Spring is the time when everyone and everything comes back to life. A new season means new opportunities for self-care. Start the warm season out right!

I love going to the Farmer’s Market and getting delicious produce. It’s a great way to start a weekend.

I stop drinking caffeine about 10 hours before I intend to go to bed. After 10 am I switch to herbal tea or I get a Machta Latte if I’m needing a little boost. This helps me go to bed early and stay asleep. It also helps me with my anxiety.
26. Buy a New Water Bottle or Revisit on Old Favorite
We all have our emotional support water bottle. But sometimes you have to change it up. Been looking at a certain water bottle? Here is your sign to buy it. Have way too many and don’t want to spend money? Grab one you haven’t used in a while. Make your water intake exciting.
27. Do a Financial Audit
See if there’s anything you can cut back on this spring. Maybe you want to start saving for a new trip? Make sure your money is working for you!

Mocktails and mindful drinking are super popular topics right now! Many of us have had to re-examine our relationship with alcohol after the pandemic. I love a refreshing cocktail, but have found that drinking too close to bedtime (even a little bit) affects my sleep.
